Account deletion
When you delete your account from inside the app, BalanceMate removes the following:
- Your authentication record and synced profile data
- Your personal expenses and friend-related data such as friendships, requests, and invitations you created
- Your identifiers from shared group membership records
Shared group expenses and settlement history needed by other members may remain, but only in anonymized form.

BalanceMate Plus
BalanceMate Plus is an auto-renewable subscription available as monthly and yearly plans.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Manage or cancel from your App Store subscription settings
- Restore purchases from the BalanceMate Plus screen inside the app

Open your App Store account subscriptions screen and manage BalanceMate Plus there.
What happens to shared group records after account deletion?
Records that other members still need for balance history are kept without your account link and are shown as anonymized entries.
