1. Service overview

BalanceMate is a tool for personal and group expense tracking, shared balance calculation, and reimbursements.

2. Accounts

• Authentication via Apple or Google is required for cloud sync features
• Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials
• Users may delete their account from the app at any time
• Personal data is removed on deletion, while shared group records may remain only in anonymized form for other members

3. BalanceMate Plus subscriptions

• BalanceMate Plus is offered as monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions
• Payment is charged to the user’s App Store account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Users can manage or cancel subscriptions from the App Store subscriptions screen

4. Shared data and user responsibility

• Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they enter
• Shared group records are visible to members of the relevant group
• The app provides calculation assistance but does not replace professional legal, tax, or accounting advice

BalanceMate is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
